It is March 5th, it's going to be warming up soon, if not already depending on where you live. The golf season is about to ramp up. Obviously getting to the range and getting the rust out is a priority. A very overlooked practice to help your golf game should be stretching. Get yourself into a routine to loosen up and relax your muscles. Make a stretching routine become a daily habit. 10 minutes a day will go a long way if practiced with discipline.
Daily stretching will make you a more flexible person and will allow you to be naturally more relaxed especially in pressure situations on the course. Flexibility won't just help rotation and swing mechanics, it will help you putting stroke. Remove the tension, you remove the mistakes. Keep that in mind.
Make the most of this time, stretch those muscles out and you will feel and play better golf.
